QUESTIONS ASKED

  1. What's Included In The Cost Of A Session?
    All art material is included in the cost of the session - the only thing you need to bring is your favourite alcoholic beverage and food! Your paint session will consist of a 40 x 50cm (adult) and 30x40cm (child) canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, easel, apron, glassware, water and our talented art teachers to guide you through the session.
  2. What If I Need To Cancel?
    Private Event Booking & Cancellation Policy 

    Deposit 
    •  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every private event. If you cancel your event, the deposit is forfeited. 

    Cancellation or Reschedule
    • Up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the event You may cancel or reschedule free of charge, apart from the non-refundable deposit. 
    • Within 13–5 days of the event A 50 % fee of the minimum payment will be charged. Any remaining balance (if paid) will be credited as studio credit. 
    • Within 5 days of the event You will be charged 100 % of the minimum payment. 

     Minimum Numbers 
    •  Private events cannot be opened to the public if you can’t reach minimum numbers or if guests cancel late. 
    •  The person who makes the booking is responsible for meeting the minimum payment, regardless of final guest count.

  3. Can I Leave My Canvas At The Studio?
    Yes, you can leave you canvas with us to be picked up during one of our scheduled classes, if you don't pick them up within 4 weeks they will be recycled. Fluid art must be taken with you after the session, we give you trays to transport your canvas.
  4. Do we take photos of the session?
    Yes we do! If you do not want to be included just let the art host know on arrival.
  5. Choosing the design
    You can choose 1 design from our design guide, the colours can be changed to suit each painter. We can also create a custom design for a $100 design fee. 
  6. Children's parties
    We recomend this activity for school aged children 6+ 
    If children are younger they must be accompained by a parent or caregiver. 
    Children are considered 6-16 years of age, above 16 are classed as adults. 
    Adults can not purchase tikets to childrens events.
  7. Can children attaend adult parties?
    Yes, children can attend private adult parties, however they are charged at the same rate as an adult ticekt. and will be given an adult size canvas. We do not recomend this acitivty for children under 5.
